Rest is something that eludes many people in today’s busy society. The reason that rest is uncommon – focus. When we focus on too many things instead of focussing on the priorities of the day, our focus becomes scattered and stress enters in. Jesus answered this issue the same way that God answered this issue when Moses asked.
