Many believer today suffer from a lack of direction in their lives.  This lack of direction comes from a failure to follow instructions in a timely manner.  After the Children of Israel received the instruction to occupy the Promised land, they refused to go.  They refused despite all that God had done for them and that He was going with them into the Promised Land.  After they refused to go, God sent them into the wilderness.  They did not want to go to the wilderness so they decided to go and were promptly repelled.  They missed going in the correct direction and spent the remainder of their adult lives in the dry areas of the wilderness.  Essentially, they were in survival mode for 40 years. 

Where have you missed or misinterpreted an instruction from the Lord?  If you are living in survival mode instead of thriving, repent and ask God to direct you out of the wilderness and into the land flowing with milk and honey.
